The tough-talking against Pakistan continued. "Actions must follow words," said external affairs minister Pranab Mukherjee during a press conference in Srinagar. "It is not a Kashmir issue. It is not an Indo-Pak issue. It is about a global war against terrorism," Mukherjee said, urging Pakistan to act against the sources of terror. Meanwhile, in the capital, defence minister AK Antony said that though India is not planning any military action against Pakistan, things will not be normal "until they take necessary actions against terrorists operating on their soil".
