We know, bad form, given the timing, but who's your favourite Beatle?
Pity that even nostalgia isn't as good as it used to be with George's passing on. Two of the Beatles didn't live to sing When I'm 64. But for those of you who do not think why we are talking about misspelt insects, maybe it is time for nostalgia.

Do you agree with Arundhati Roy's old criticism of Shekhar Kapur's Bandit Queen?
Way back Arundhati Roy had argued that using the identity of a (then) living woman, recreating her degradation for public consumption, was totally unacceptable to her. That it was a rape twice over. What to do you think?

Rakesh Roshan's son has had a rollercoaster ride to stardom. Barring the minor 'incident' with Nepal, where his fan club has suffered some erosion caused by his alleged remarks, it has been a dream year for this young Bollywood boy. But is he a superstar yet?
