Then why is it that a blockhead like you cannot tolerate anything other than your own religion and call everyone else an infidel, as written in the Quran? Obviously, you do not belong to the multicultural and multi-religious nation, which is so only because of the Hindus. Even with only 13% of the ilk of you, there is enough disturbance in India. Kashmir is a prime example of the direction that Muslims of India will take. This has been happening, in the past and the present, in the entire world.

Your wishful thinking is quite obvious from your statements. You would love to see Sanskrit, the Vedas and the all the heritage of 87% of your fellow countrymen completely and totally destroyed. If so, how can you ever claim to an Indian?

Vedas and other books in sanskrit are not to be destroyed,the point here is that sanskrit is not a spoken language in India,hence vande matram and Jana gana mana should be written in a language spoken in india,so that people can undestand its content.Iam sure all the prime ministers,MPs,chief ministers etc donot understand or speak sanskrit and hence Vande matram and other songs nobody understands,dont u think it is a cruel joke that the national anthem and vande matram is not understood by anybody in india.Quran is the only book on earth that is memorised completely and that is the reason why it is ment to last till the end of time,not like the vedas etc books that are understood only by translations they are not ment to last for ever simply because the language they are written is a ....Full Message

Good you spoke of quran I dont deny that its given by god. But every religion tresure is according to the level of the individual knowledge. If somebody is doing 10th std one cant teach post graduate lesson.But every religion has got their level of spritual education.

When you see on whole the problem is not at all vandeataram alone, it is an attitude of devband ideology, they don,t believe in Idea of India as a nation , for them muslim identity is first, come what may,Logic is given that one can be a Muslim and an Indian at the same time, what,s the problem in it----------agreed no problem--------- but there are instances where the interest of India as a country and Islam as a relligion get a clash, like in afghanistan ,demolition of taliban by US forces ,The first country which was directly benifited by extiction of Taliban was India undoubtedly, but our Islamic freind(Deoband follower, few of taliban leaders were the students of deaband school in saharanpur) made hue and cry, even maulana bukhari wants to prepare an army of Indian muslims to fight ....Full Message

Why is it that most Muslim Indians do not speak to tell the rest of India why they don’t want to sing “Vande Matram” or why, in general, they have nothing but disrespect and contempt for the majority of non-Muslim fellow Indians?
Do they really deserve to be citizens of a secular India?
It has been quite well established through centuries that Muslims have a stronger identity based on their religion rather than based on concept of brotherhood with Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Christians, Jews and Parsis in the secular nation of India. Their only concept of an ultimate utopia is that of a 100% Muslim nation, despite the failures of nations that were created in the name of religion, e.g. Pakistan.

It is unfortunate that "Vandematram" has got dragged into controversy. India is a democracy and objecting to everything bad or good is a natural task of political, social and religious leaders. During the dark days when Hidostan was under British occupation this song inspired thousands of freedom-fighters to raise their voices for independece and self-rule. They sang Vande-matram while they were hanged to death or tortured to death.
Why the way what is wrong with Worshiping ones' mother or even motherland. We walk on it, we spit on it, we throw garbage on it still it gives us life, food, protection, freedom of thought. I think the world VANDANA can be interpreted as a deep respect by those who do not like to worship MOTHE INDIA. I request everyone to spare this historic song from ....Full Message

I have been living in New Jersey USA for the last 10 years with Ethnic TV stations like TV Asia, ITV & Radio Stations like EBC they never thought of doing quality programme with Vande Matram & Sanskrit Prayer & word of praise for Muslims of India to mark the Indian Independence.
It was an American Channel who allowed Sanskrit Prayer even before the US National Anthem to mark the Indian Independence Day and ending with Gurubani Vahe Guru

Hey all you guys raving and ranting for/against vande mataram ...........has anybody read "Anandmath" .........it hails british rule as saviours of india..........eulogisises english like i have never seen before...........i have nothing against this particular song......my opposition is to the idea supported by this book of Bankim chandra Chatterjee/Chattopadhyay.........i consider this book to be the harbinger of later problems.........about dissensions in society.........Hindus muslims as two separate nations.............
