Ankita and her husband Vicky Jain are both contestants on the reality show and have been shed light on multiple times since they're constantly fighting. It has gone as far as talks of divorce, which raised eyebrows of many. In the latest episode, both Ankita and Vicky's parents paid a visit and had a chat. Ankita was also seen talking to Vicky's mother privately which became an argument. She tells Ankita (translated), "The day that you kicked Vicky, your father-in-law had called your mother and asked, 'Have you also kicked your husband like that?'" To this, an upset Ankita said that there's no need to involve her mother into any of this.

Elsewhere in the show, they have also gained traction for incidents over fellow contestant Mannara Chopra and also, the infamous moment where Vicky attempted to lift his hand towards Ankita in a gesture that resembled a slap, momentarily leaving the 'Pavitra Rishta' actress visibly shocked.
