"Deepak Dobriyal sir is full of energy and used to tell us about his old days in Mumbai", says Actress Ipshita Chakraborty Singh.
Ipshita Chakraborty Singh, known for her roles in various films like ‘Bhonsle', 'Chhapaak', 'Medium Spicy', 'Shakuntala Devi', 'Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain', short film Wig, and is currently seen playing a pivotal character in the movie "Dvand: The Internal Conflict" alongside Sanjay Mishra. Next, she will be featuring in Deepak Dobriyal and Vikrant Massey starrer 'Sector 36', under the direction of Aditya Nimbalkar.
Ipshita said, "I play the role of the protagonist's wife, a pivotal character in the film, played by Deepak Dobriyal."
Describing her working experience with Deepak Dobriyal, she mentioned, "It was fun working with Deepak Dobriyal. He is full of energy and used to tell us about his old days of struggling in Mumbai. We have "theater" and "Delhi" in common, so we talked a lot about Delhi, acting teachers, and acting techniques."
On reuniting with Vikrant Massey after ‘Chhapaak’, she mentioned, "On screen, Vikrant and I don't share space, but I remember that on the day of the table read, he recognized me from our previous collaboration, although he couldn't remember where. I reminded him that we had worked together in Chhapaak, where he played the good guy and I played a negative which is vice versa in this project. He was very humble and sweet to appreciate me."
This film is a crime thriller based on a true event that happened in Delhi in early 2000.
