A report in Bollywood Shaadis states that Ananya's mom has unfollowed Aditya after following him for quite some time now. It has given rise to speculations that things might not be well between Aditya and Ananya.
For the unversed, Bhavana had previously stated on 'KWK' that she preferred Kartik Aaryan over Aditya Roy Kapoor. Earlier, Ananya was also rumoured to be in a relationship with her 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' co-actor Kartik Aaryan.
