Several Bollywood celebrities have reached Ayodhya for the Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha ceremony on Monday.
Several B-town celebs, who were invited for the auspicious consecration ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, reached the town on Monday morning. Madhuri Dixit with husband Shriram Nene, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal were seen posing together as they reached the temple city. They were received with a warm welcome and were offered red roses and red shawls at Ayodhya airport.
They were all spotted in traditional wear as they posed together along with filmmakers Rohit Shetty and Rajkumar Hirani. Joining them all was actor Ayushmann Khurrana.
In a social media video, Alia and Ranbir were seen making their way amid tight security to the car outside Ayodhya airport. Katrina, Vicky and Madhuri were also clicked. While Vicky and Ranbir wore off-white ethnic Indian looks, the actresses chose to wear sarees for the occasion. Abhishek Bachchan too was spotted at the temple for the ceremony.
Meanwhile, actress Kangana Ranaut reached Ayodhya on Sunday, and took part in the cleanliness drive at an Ayodhya temple. "Ayodhya has been decorated like a bride. Bhajans and yagya are being organised at several places. It feels like we have reached 'Dev Lok'...We cannot say anything about those who do not want to come...It feels really good to be in Ayodhya right now," she told news agency ANI.
Anupam Kher also reached Ayodhya on Sunday. Sharing a video of himself inside the flight, he said, "I have reached Ayodhya with all the Ram devotees. There was an atmosphere of great devotion in the plane. We are blessed. Our country is blessed! Jai Shri Ram!"
Recently, newlyweds Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram too were clicked outside the Mumbai airport before flying to Ayodhya. The actor joined in on "Jai Shri Ram" chants along with the media.
