Himanshi Khurana Announces Breakup With Asim Riaz After 4 Years Over 'Different Religious Beliefs'

Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana have been together for almost four years, but in rather disappointing news, the couple, who met on 'Bigg Boss 13', has now broken up. Amid speculations of their split, Himanshi finally released an official statement on social media and announced that the two have broken up, citing religious differences as the reason behind it. So far, Asim hasn't commented on the matter yet.

Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana started dating soon after their 'Bigg Boss 13' days. Four years later, she confirmed their breakup. 

Taking to X on December 6, she posted an official statement, which read as, "YES, We are not together anymore, All the time we have spent together has been great but our togetherness comes to an end Now. The journey of our relationship was great and we are moving forward in our lives. With due respect to our respective religions we are sacrificing our love for our different religious beliefs. We have nothing against each other. We request you to respect our privacy. Himanshi (sic)."

Earlier in the day, before confirming the breakup, Himanshi also shared a cryptic Instagram story, which read as, "When we tried But we could not find a solution for our life You still love each other but luck is not supporting for happily ever after No hate only love That's called mature decision (sic)."

Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana met for the first time on the TV reality show, 'Bigg Boss 13'. She joined as the wild card contestant but was evicted after a short stay in the house. While the two expressed love for each other on national television, Himanshi reportedly broke her 9-year-long relationship with her boyfriend named Chow for Asim. The two have starred together in songs like 'Kalla Sohna Nai' and 'Khyaal Rakhya Kar', and others.
