Is Shruti Haasan Secretly Married To Her Boyfriend Shantanu Hazarika? Orry's Comment Sparks Rumours

Actress Shruti Haasan has been dating artist Shantanu Hazarika for several years now. They have never shied away from their relationship and have been vocal about it. Both are often spotted together at events, parties, etc. Now, internet sensation Orhan Awatramani aka Orry has made a shocking revelation about Shruti and Shantanu. His comment hints that the couple is secretly married.

On Christmas, Orry held an AMA session on Reddit and answered questions from fans. A user asked Orry, asked, “Hi Orry has there been a celebrity who has shown you an unnecessary attitude while posing for a photo?? If you can’t take a name just give hints…” Orry replied, “Shruti Hasan. Not for posing cause I never asked her, but she was very very rude to me at an event that I had actually got her into and I don’t even know her!”

He further called Shantanu, Shruti's 'husband' which made netizens speculate that they have secretly tied the knot. “Felt very bad, but there was probably some misunderstanding cause I am good with her husband and I adore him. This will get sorted out in time. However, I heard from the rumour mill she called me a “Pune” (peon) like a spot boy or smth,'' added Orry.

Earlier this year, Shruti Haasan in an interview had said that she has no plans to get married as the word ‘marriage’ just scares her. She added that she and Shantanu are happy and their equation is much better than many married couples.

Also, during a live chat on Instagram, when a fan asked Shruti if she would marry Shantanu, she laughed and said, “No because...” and panne the camera towards Shantanu.

On the work front, Shruti was recently seen in Prabhas' 'Salaar' that released on December 22.
