Lohri 2024: From Amitabh Bachchan To Akshay Kumar, Celebs Extend Festive Greetings

Our favourite Bollywood celebrities never forget to take to social media to extend greetings on account of every festive occasion. This year, Lohri was no different. Big stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Sunny Deol, Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal and Shehnaaz Gill shared their heart-warmings greetings with fans.

Let's have a look at how B-Town extended this season's greetings!

To start off with, the 'Thank You For Coming' actress posted a bunch of photographs, all with different facial expressions, sitting in the passenger seat of a car. Looking absolutely beautiful as she held a soft toy, she donned a purple salwar suit. She wrote, "Always maintain your vibrant smile as bright because the mild of the holy bonfire. Happy Lohri!"

Up next, superstar Amitabh Bachchan took to X to share a photograph of him celebrating Lohri. Big B wrote, "T 4889 - Happy Lohri .. 'Make a Lohri donation, and Lord will bless you with a child'...  this is how the chanting went when they came to homes and families to collect donations on the occasion of Lohri .. Maa used to tell us these stories .."

Sunny Deol, who is still riding high on the success of 'Gadar 2' took to his Instagram to show a glimpse of his celebrations. Sitting in front of a bonfire, he wrote, “Reflecting on the warmth of Lohri, memories of my mom's sweets and the shared laughter of the neighbourhood celebrations flood my heart. In the hustle of today, I cherish those simpler times…Wishing everyone very prosperous Lohri."

Shilpa Shetty took to her Instagram as well to wish her fans and followers "A very happy Lohri." Hours later, she posted a video of her enjoying a bonfire. 

Neha Dhupia also joined the list of celebs. She celebrated the festival with her children Mehr and Guriq. In the caption, Neha wished everyone a "Happy Lohri!"

Though Akshay Kumar didn't give a glimpse of his celebrations, he ensured to wish his fans. He wrote, “Wishing you and your family a joyful Lohri filled with abundant blessings!"

Abhishek Bachchan also took to Instagram to share a video of a bonfire, writing "Happy Lohri."

The 'Sam Bahadur' star Vicky Kaushal also kept it simple, and wrote, “Happy Lohri."

Sanjay Dutt also extended his greetings with a simple "Happy Lohri."

Anupam Kher also took to his X handle to extend his wishes to his fans. He said, "Happy Lohri to you all!!"
