The film is based on Anurag Pathak's best-selling novel that tells the real-life story of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma. The movie shows the relentless struggles of millions of aspiring students attempting to crack the UPSC entrance exam. Vikrant plays Manoj Kumar who becomes an IPS officer from being a 12th fail. 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan'

Needless to say, debutant director Arjun Varain Singh brought the best out of Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav in 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan'. The film revolves around the lives of three best friends Imaad (Siddhant Chaturvedi), Ahana (Ananya Panday) and Neil (Adarsh Gourav). The movie has a potential minefield of themes like urban loneliness, emotional intimacy, anxieties, insecurities, etc in the digital age and how the characters navigate through it. It released on Netflix last year. 

'Jawan'

Shah Rukh Khan starrer is a wake-up call for the youth as the Atlee directorial makes them aware of ground realities and encourages them to do something positive for the country. It is about the protagonist who was born in a jail and after growing up, he goes on a mission to bring the nation's attention to the problems of debt-ridden farmers, and doctors in under-equipped hospitals among others. He also appeals to the citizens of the country to vote for its betterment and democracy. The film also starred Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Deepika Padukone.

'Dhumrapaan'

This Zee Theatre teleplay, directed by Akarsh Khurana gives an insight into the suppressed angst and frustrations of youth stuck in the corporate career. A few young people meet in the smoking area of their office and share their thoughts on office politics, appraisals, and relationships as they deal with their stress, fears and insecurities. It's about the rat race in the corporate world and through comedy and humour, it talks about mental health and how young people cope with the pressures in their professions. 'Dhumrapaan' stars Akarsh Khurana, Taaruk Raina, Sidharth Kumar, Shubhrajyoti Barat, Sartak Kakkar, Lisha Bajaj and Ghanshyam Lalsa.

'Chhichhore'

'Chhichhore', directed by Nitesh Tiwari is an ode to friendships, romance, fights, and countless memories in college. The film also deals with academic pressure, failure, anxiety, sadness, and mental health among the youth. Nitesh Tiwari's storytelling with a mix of humour and empathy is laudable.
