Actress Parineeti Chopra who recently got married to AAP leader Raghav Chadha walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week 2023. It was her first fashion ramp walk post-wedding. She turned showstopper for Faabiiana at the Fashion Design Council Of India (FDCI) X Lakme Fashion Week.
She was in Faabiiana's Qurbat collection as she donned a pearl ivory saree. The saree comes with a cape and a blouse. It has chikankari embroidery, and of Banarasi fabric with Akoya and South Sea Pearls and Mukaish work.
For the jewellery, the newlywed wore a magnificent matching choker with a double-layered diamond necklace. She also wore a variety of fingerrings.
Parineeti looked gorgeous in it and her smile added to her look. Her sindoor on the maang and light pink chooras caught everyone's attention.
On her love for sarees, Parineeti told at the press conference of the fashion show, "It’s only been 2 weeks since I got married and I haven't been trying sarees every day at home. I have always been very comfortable with sarees and it’s about the draping, it is draped so well that I can do yoga wearing them and I think all Indian girls should be comfortable.”
Parineeti and Raghav tied the knot on September 24 near Lake Pichola in Udaipur. It was attended by several politicians and celebs.
On the work front, Parineeti was last seen in 'Mission Raniganj' with Akshay Kumar. She will be next seen with Diljit Dosanjh in 'Chamkila'. It is directed by Imtiaz Ali.
