Ranveer Singh, at an event, recalled Amitabh Bachchan's hilarious reaction to his costly suit. He said Mr Bachchan told him that he looked like a 'plant'.
Actor Ranveer Singh not only grabs the headlines for his professional and personal lives but also for his dressing sense. He is known for making some bold fashion choices with his quirky and eccentric sartorial picks. Often, he is criticised for his bizarre looks. But it doesn't affect Singh and his fans love the way he is.
In an interview, Ranveer recalled Amitabh Bachchan's hilarious reaction to one of his outfits. During a recent India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) event, Ranveer was asked if he ever regretted wearing any of his outfits after a public appearance. The 'Bajirao Mastani' actor replied he has and added, "There was one suit that was pretty costly and we were at a discussion and Amitabh Bachchan was at that event too. I thought I was wearing the best suit of the world and when I asked Big B, ‘Sir, how do I look?’ He said, ‘ Son, you are looking like a plant’.”
Ranveer was promoting his upcoming film 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' with Alia Bhatt at the event. Director Karan Johar was also present.
They are leaving no stone unturned to promote the film. Recently, Ranveer and Alia turned heads as showstoppers for celebrity fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s grand Bridal Couture show in Mumbai.
'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' marks Ranveer and Alia's second collaboration after their 2019 film 'Gully Boy'. The movie also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles. It is all set to hit the theatres on July 28.
