Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal, who first met on the sets of the 2012 film ‘Fukrey’, tied the knot under the Special Marriage Act in 2020.
Bollywood actor Richa Chadha recently talked about a misogynistic question she faced at a party regarding her relationship with husband-actor Ali Fazal. Recalling the incident on her Instagram account, Richa also shared beautiful photos of herself and Ali.
In the Instagram post, Richa revealed how a drunk woman at a party had asked her if she feels insecure because her husband, Ali Fazal, is handsome. Hearing that, Richa recalled giving a befitting response to the misogynist question and shared some stunning pictures of herself and Ali. In the pictures, Richa is looking stunning in a dramatic long skirt and a white shirt, designed by Rahul Mishra.
She shared the incident and captioned the pictures as, “I recently got asked by a drunk woman at a party if I am insecure because my husband is good looking… watch the last picture here to see how he takes care of me… and also, drunk woman, thank you for reminding me that women can be misogynistic too! Wearing the man we began our wedding celebrations with Rahul Mishra.”
Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal, who first met on the sets of the 2012 film ‘Fukrey’, bonded as co-actors before realising their deep love for each other. They tied the knot under the Special Marriage Act in 2020 and later celebrated their marriage in October 2022 with family and friends in attendance.
On the professional front, the actress was last seen in the multi-starrer ‘Fukrey 3’ and has the film ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’ in the pipeline. Ali, on the other hand, last featured in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Netflix film ‘Khufiya’, co-starring Tabu.
