Shah Rukh Khan, who returned to the screens with 'Pathaan' earlier this year, is now looking forward to the release of Jawan in September.
It seems like Shah Rukh shot for a new project with director Punit Malhotra, who has previously directed Student of the Year 2 and I Hate Luv Storys. Punit took to his social media on Wednesday to share a photo from the set and wrote in his caption, “There are days that make it all worth it. 😃 Just to be on set with the man… the charm, the charisma, the humility and the love is unmatchable! ❤️ Thank you @iamsrk sir for all that you do and for being so gracious ❤️😃🙌🏼 @dharma2pointo.” With Dharma 2.0 tagged in the post, it seems like the duo shot for an ad.
Shah Rukh Khan recently announced the release date of Jawan, which is being directed by Atlee. After announcing a June release, the film is now scheduled to release on September 7. Jawan also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles.
Jawan will be the second Shah Rukh Khan release of the year. Soon after that, he will be seen in a cameo in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. His third release of the year, Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is expected to release in December. The film stars Taapsee Pannu alongside SRK.
