Thalapathy Vijay will be next seen in 'The Greatest Of All Time' (GOAT). Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has revealed that the actor has lent his voice to two songs in the movie.

Actor Vijay is currently gearing up for the release of ‘The Greatest Of All Time’ (GOAT). The actor made news when he announced that he would be stepping into politics after he completes his professional commitments. As his fans are getting ready to see the actor on the screen for what might be the last time, music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has shared an interesting detail for fans of Thalapathy. At a recent media interaction, Raja revealed that Vijay has lent his voice to two songs in ‘GOAT.’

Speaking at an event in Dubai, music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja opened up about ‘GOAT.’ During the event, RJ Anjana, the MC, requested him to share some updates about the Vijay starrer. Initially hesitant, Raja then revealed that the actor has sung two songs in the film. He said, “For the first time ever, Thalapathy Vijay has sung two songs for his film.”

Reacting to the video, one fan wrote, “The #GOAT for a reason!” A second fan commented, “Double treat.” A third fan mentioned, “Yayyyyy babyyyyy bring it on for Anna’s birthday.” The first song of ‘GOAT’ – ‘Whistle Podu’- which was sung by the actor was released on April 14 and has received widespread acclaim. However, there have been no updates regarding the release of the second song. This isn't the first time Vijay has showcased his singing talents. He has previously lent his voice to songs for his films such as ‘Nilaave Vaa’ (1998), ‘Selva’ (1996), ‘Kuruvi’ (2008), and ‘Priyamudan’ (1998).

Ever since Venkat Prabhu announced ‘GOAT,’ the makers have consistently shared updates and behind-the-scenes photos from the film's set on social media. Vijay will portray dual roles, playing both the younger and older versions of his character. Produced by AGS Entertainment, the movie features an ensemble cast including Prashanth, Prabhudeva, Ajmal Ameer, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Mohan, and Jayaram in key roles. The movie is slated to release on September 5.
