The movie is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury who also directed the critically acclaimed movie, ‘Pink.’

‘Jaane Jaan’ on Netflix

Set in the misty town of Kalimpong in North Bengal, this film is based on a 2005 Japanese novel by Keigo Higashino – ‘The Devotion of Suspect X.’ This film marks Kareena Kapoor Khan’s OTT debut. With a power-packed performance by Jaideep Ahlawat, the film will have you glued to your screen. ‘Jaane Jaan’ is not your regular whodunit story. Ronit Roy has sunk his teeth into the role of a drug lord and he shines as the antagonist. Not just performances, the movie has ample things going on to maintain its pace and not come across as slow. With this role, Shahid Kapoor has proved his versatility once again. 

‘Neeyat’ on Amazon Prime Video 

With a stellar cast of Vidya Balan, Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, and Shashank Arora, ‘Neeyat’ is a fantastic murder mystery that will have you donning your detective hat. The movie follows a mysterious murder that takes place at the birthday party of a businessman who has fled the country after losing some serious money. Detective Mira Rao tries to understand the motives and the alibis of the people present at the party. Every person has a motive to kill, and this makes the detective’s job even more difficult. ‘Khufiya’ on Netflix

Apart from the fact that one can never take their eyes off Tabu, Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Khufiya’ has a lot of elements that work in its favour. Set in the post-Kargil war period, this movie revolves around a RAW operative who is assigned the task of identifying the mole within the organization. The way the story progresses will make you question every person’s move. Apart from this, there is another parallel story running about the personal life of the agent.
