Hero MotoCorp has announced that it will be increasing the prices of its two-wheelers from next month. A price hike of upto Rs 900, depending on the two-wheeler model and the state it is sold in, will come into effect from 3 October 2018. Hero MotoCorp has cited the rising costs of raw materials and the falling rupee as the reason for the price hike. This is the second time this year that Hero MotoCorp has been forced to increase the prices of its two-wheelers. In April 2018, it had increased the prices by upto Rs 625 to offset the rising raw material costs.
