Acutely aware perhaps of Delhi's bad habit of walking away with books they haven't paid for, the bookchain store is planning to instal close-circuit TVs across the store, even in the chai-bar. Besides, there will be a special security system that goes beep each time a bibliothief walks out without a bill.
