Would Somaiya be looking at buying 51 per cent of the equity?

Is Somaiya worried that the Bachchan brand is not as strong as was expected? Are the prices being negotiated favourable to him?
It would be too premature to say anything till the due diligence report comes in.
If Amitabh becomes a minority shareholder, how would Somaiya tackle the Bachchan brand equity?
Whatever happened will be a joint effort between the Bachchans and us. Whatever we do will be for the survival of the company and keeping profits in mind.
