Crypto Price Update: Bitcoin Down 3.91%, Ethereum Down 2.98%

The global cryptocurrency market cap was at $1.09 trillion on Tuesday morning, down by 3.76 per cent in the past 24 hours. Pepe PEPE was the most trending cryptocurrency as well as the top loser, while Kava KAVA was the top gainer

The global cryptocurrency market cap was at $1.09 trillion on Tuesday morning, down by 3.76 per cent in the past 24 hours, while the total trading volume was at $46.11 billion, up by 76.06 per cent.  

Pepe PEPE was the most trending cryptocurrency as well as the top loser for a second day, down by 15.51 per cent to $0.000001009 from the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $190.07 million.

Kava KAVA was the top gainer, up by 10.96 per cent to $1.09 over the previous day. Its 24 hour trading volume was $165.46 million.

DeFi fell 7.51 per cent to $3.46 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Cryptocurrency Prices

Bitcoin: Bitcoin fell 3.91 per cent to $25,773.05. Its 24-hour trading volume was $20.32 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was at 45.78 per cent, down by 0.07 per cent over the last 24 hours.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s price fell by 2.98 per cent to $1,815.99 over the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $8.67 billion.

Tether: Tether increased by 0.01 per cent to $1.00 in the last 24 hours. Tether’s 24-hour trading volume was $32.33 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana’s (SOL) price fell by 7.37 per cent to $19.96 in the last 24 hours. Its 24 hour trading volume was $564.29 million.

Avalanche was trading at $14.11, down by 4.10 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume stood at $225.72 million.

Cardano (ADA) fell by 6.32 per cent to $0.3514. It is ranked seventh, with a 24-hour trading volume of $289.02 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) fell by 7.19 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.06659.

Shiba Inu was down by 6.08 per cent to $0.000008018.

Decentralised Finance

DeFi coin was trading at $0.01, down by 8.10 per cent over the past 24 hours.  

Yearn.Finance was down by 6.05 per cent to $6,025.28 in the last 24 hours, while its 24 hour trading volume was $24.35 million.
