Crypto Price Update: Bitcoin Up 4.24%, Ethereum Up 3.63%

The global cryptocurrency market cap was at $1.13 trillion on Wednesday, up by 3.15 per cent in the past 24 hours, while the total trading volume was at $46.64 billion, up by 1.22 per cent.  

Bitcoin was the most trending cryptocurrency at $26,923.77, up by 4.42 per cent over the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $23.80 billion.

Stacks STX was the top gainer at $0.6246, up by 15.33 per cent over the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $181.82 million. Flare was the top loser, down by 4.32 per cent to $0.02039. Its 24 hour trading volume was $7.03 million.

DeFi fell 6.17 per cent to $2.88 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin: Bitcoin’s price increased by 4.42 per cent to $26,923.77. Its 24-hour trading volume was $23.80 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was at 46.36 per cent, up by 0.58 per cent over the last 24 hours.

Ethereum: Ethereum’s price was up by 3.63 per cent to $1,879.76 over the previous day. Its 24-hour trading volume was $9.33 billion.

Tether: Tether was steady at $1 over the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $32.81 billion. It is ranked third on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

Solana’s (SOL) price was up by 0.65 per cent to $20.13 in the last 24 hours. Its 24-hour trading volume was $436.72 million.

Avalanche was trading at $14.57, up by 3.27 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume stood at $178.77 million.

Cardano (ADA) was down by 1.70 per cent to $0.3456. It is ranked seventh, with a 24-hour trading volume of $284.37 million.

Meme Coins

Dogecoin (DOGE) was up by 4.50 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.06965.

Shiba Inu was up by 0.19 per cent to $0.000008035.

Decentralised Finance

DeFi coin was trading at $0.01012, up by 1.22 per cent over the past 24 hours.  

Yearn.Finance was up by 1.75 per cent to $6,127.02 in the last 24 hours, while its 24 hour trading volume was $16.01 million.
