There is a shortage of leaders in this country who work honestly for the country. I got a very good experience in 1995-2000 when I was a minister in Mumbai. If you ever go to Mumbai, there is a Worli-Bandra sea link, I had the privilege of building it. I have also built the country's first expressway between Mumbai and Pune...I remember that once we went to the market for the first time for Rs 600 crores and we got Rs 1150 crores and that experience taught me that there is no shortage of money in the country..."
