He further honed his skills through a rigorous Postgraduate Program in Infrastructure Management at the esteemed Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management. Pavan's insatiable thirst for knowledge then led him to embark on a transcontinental journey, resulting in an MBA with distinction and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the United States. Pavan's relentless pursuit of staying ahead of industry trends is underscored by his impressive array of certifications, including PMP, ITIL V3, CSM Scrum Master, and SAFe RTE.
In a 15-year career, Pavan has shown strong leadership and technical ability. He began as a developer and rose through the ranks. At Adani Group, he managed projects that merged technology with infrastructure management. After his MBA, Pavan took on challenges at McAfee, a big cybersecurity company. As a Project Manager, he managed technical projects that used technology to improve security operations, using methods like Six Sigma and Lean for efficiency. His creative thinking helped drive McAfee's progress. Later, Pavan joined CVS Health, a Fortune 6 company, in key roles. As a Senior Project Manager, he handled projects using data, improving the IT team's performance. His role as a Service Delivery Manager showed his skill at leading teams. As a manager and Senior Manager in the Project Management team, Pavan excelled even more. He managed big projects, focusing on new ideas. He successfully led the Fortune 6 company’s first AI program in Pharmacy Operations, using AI to make tasks smoother and improve service in thousands of stores. Another project he led improved customer service and the work of Pharmacists in thousands of Pharmacies. The project cost around $25 million USD, but the benefits were estimated at approximately $100 million USD per year due to better processes, sales growth, and savings. The recent large scale innovation program that he led was featured in the Wall Street Journal
