A CCTV video went viral on social media in which, a person is seen placing an explosive at the incident spot.
According to reports, a bomb was detonated at the entrance of a restaurant. The explosion occurred at 5:50 am (local time).
The area, as per DW news, is famous for nightlife and is full of bars, clubs and restaurants.
A police spokesperson said that a bystander had suffered a mild injury and was taken to the hospital after the explosion. He also said that there is no indication of terrorist motive behind the explosion.
