Kevin Hart Injured After Challenging Former NFL Star Stevan Ridley For Running a 40-yard Dash

Famous Comedian Kevin Hart recently made an attempt at a friendly foot race that has left him temporarily confined to a wheelchair. The 44-year-old comedian, known for his humor and candidness, shared the news of his injury on Instagram. Hart challenged the  former NFL star Stevan Ridley for a 40-yard dash that turned out to be a painful lesson.
Hart's Instagram video, which has now been viewed over several million times, explains that the race itself wasn't the direct cause of his injuries. Instead, he attributes his torn lower abdomen, hip muscles, and thigh muscles to the fact that he attempted such a physical feat at his age.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the age 40 is real," Hart humorously commented. He directed a message to people above 40, urging them to respect the physical limitations that come with age. "Respect that age, or that age will make you respect it. I was just forced to respect it," he added.

Hart is seen in a wheelchair in the video. Addressing  his son in a humorous manner Hart stated that any plans for future races have been indefinitely postponed.

In an  attempt to show who is faster between Ridley and Hart, the amusing yet tragic episode led to the 40-yard dash challenge. Hart humorously recounted the race, noting that he "blew all [his] s---" in the process. He admitted defeat and shared, "I can't walk. This is 44."

In the comment section of the video' fans  echoed their  amusement and support. Fellow celebrities, including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Will Smithshared  their thoughts on the incident. Johnson reminded Hart that he'll be fine in the end and shared his own experience of an injury at an older age..

Ridley, the former NFL star who unwittingly became a part of the incident also responded to the situation with humor and support. He wished Hart a speedy recovery whie also playfully referenced another NFL star, Tom Brady, who achieved athletic feats at an older age.
