'The Solution'

As for what comes after: Peace be upon he who follows the Guidance.People of America: I shall bespeaking to you on important topics which concern you, so lend me yourears. I begin by discussingthe war which is between us and some of its repercussions for us and you.

To preface, I say: despite America being the greatest economic powerand possessing the mostpowerful and up-to-date military arsenal as well; and despite itspending on this war and is armymore than the entire world spends on its armies; and despite it beingthe being the major stateinfluencing the policies of the world, as if it has a monopoly on theunjust right of veto; despite all ofthis, 19 young men were able - by the grace of Allah, the Most High-to change the direction of itscompass. And in fact, the subject of the Mujahideen has become aninseparable part of the speechof your leader, and the effects and signs of that are not hidden.

Since the 11th, many of America's policies have come under theinfluence of the Mujahideen, andthat is by the grace of Allah, the Most High. And as a result, thepeople discovered the truth aboutit, its reputation worsened, its prestige was broken globally and itwas bled dry economically, even ifour interests overlap with the interests of the major corporations andalso with those of theneoconservatives, despite the differing intentions.

And for your information media, during the first years of the war,lost its credibility and manifesteditself as a tool of the colonialist empires, and its condition hasoften been worse than the condition ofthe media of the dictatorial regimes which march in the caravan of thesingle leader.

Then Bush talks about his working with al-Maliki and his government tospread freedom in Iraq buthe in fact is working with the leaders of one sect against anothersect, in the belief that this willquickly decide the war in his favor.

And thus, what is called the civil war came into being and mattersworsened at his hands beforegetting out of his control and him becoming like the one who plows andsows the sea: he harvestsnothing but failure.

So these are some of the results of the freedom about whose spreadinghe is talking to you. Andthen the backtracking of Bush on his insistence on not giving theUnited Nations expandedjurisdiction in Iraq is an implicit admission of his loss and defeat there.

And among the most important items contained in Bush's speeches sincethe events of the 11th isthat the Americans have no option but to continue the war. This toneis in fact an echoing of thewords of neoconservatives like Cheney, Rumsfeld and Richard Pearle,the latter having saidpreviously that the Americans have no choice in front of them otherthan to continue the war or facea holocaust.

I say, refuting this unjust statement, that the morality and cultureof the holocaust is your culture,not our culture. In fact, burning living beings is forbidden in ourreligion, even if they be small likethe ant, so what of man?! The holocaust of the Jews was carried out byyour brethren in the middleof Europe, but had it been closer to our countries, most of the Jewswould have been saved bytaking refuge with us. And my proof for that is in what your brothers,the Spanish, did when theyset up the horrible courts of the Inquisition to try Muslims and Jews,when the Jews only found safeshelter by taking refuge in our countries. And that is why the Jewishcommunity in Morocco today isone of the largest communities in the world. They are alive with usand we have not incineratedthem, but we are a people who don't sleep under oppression and rejecthumiliation and disgrace,and we take revenge on the people of tyranny and aggression, and theblood of the Muslims will notbe spilled with impunity, and the morrow is nigh for he who awaits.

Also, your Christian brothers have been living among us for 14centuries: in Egypt alone, there aremillions of Christians whom we have not incinerated and shall notincinerate. But the fact is, there isa continuing and biased campaign being waged against us for a longtime now by your politiciansand many of your writers by way of your media, especially Hollywood,for the purpose ofmisrepresenting Islam and its adherents to drive you away from thetrue religion. The genocide ofpeoples and their holocausts took place at your hands: only a fewspecimens of Red Indians werespared, and just a few days ago, the Japanese observed the 62ndanniversary of the annihilation ofHiroshima and Nagasaki by your nuclear weapons.

And among the things which catch the eye of the one who considers therepercussions of your unjustwar against Iraq is the failure of your democratic system, despite itraising of the slogans of justice,liberty, equality and humanitarianism. It has not only failed toachieve these things, it has actuallydestroyed these and other concepts with its weapons - especially inIraq and Afghanistan- in abrazen fashion, to replace them with fear, destruction, killing,hunger, illness, displacement andmore than a million orphans in Baghdad alone, not to mention hundredsof thousands of widows.Americans statistics speak of the killing of more than 650,000 of thepeople of Iraq as a result of thewar and its repercussions.

People of America: the world is following your news in regards to yourinvasion of Iraq, for peoplehave recently come to know that, after several years of the tragediesof this war, the vast majorityof you want it stopped. Thus, you elected the Democratic Party forthis purpose, but the Democratshaven't made a move worth mentioning. On the contrary, they continueto agree to the spending oftens of billions to continue the killing and war there, which has ledto the vast majority of you beingafflicted with disappointment.

And here is the gist of the matter, so one should pause, think andreflect: why have the Democratsfailed to stop this war, despite them being the majority?

I will come back to reply to this question after raising anotherquestion, which is:Why are the leaders of the White House keen to start wars and wagethem around the world, andmake use of every possible opportunity through which they can reachthis purpose, occasionallyeven creating justifications based on deception and blatant lies, asyou saw Iraq?

In the Vietnam War, the leaders of the White House claimed at the timethat it was a necessary andcrucial war, and during it, Rumsfeld and his aides murdered twomillion villagers. And when Kennedytook over the presidency and deviated from the general line of policydrawn up for the White Houseand wanted to stop this unjust war, that angered the owners of themajor corporations who werebenefiting from its continuation.

And so Kennedy was killed, and al-Qaida wasn't present at that time,but rather, those corporationswere the primary beneficiary from his killing. And the war continuedafter that for approximatelyone decade. But after it became clear to you that it was an unjust andunnecessary war, you madeone of your greatest mistakes, in that you neither brought to accountnor punished those who wagedthis war, not even the most violent of its murderers, Rumsfeld. Andeven more incredible than thatis that Bush picked him as secretary of defense in his first termafter picking Cheney as his vicepresident,Powell as secretary of state and Armitage as Powell's deputy, despitetheir horrific andblood history of murdering humans. So that was clear signal that hisadministration - theadministration of the generals- didn't have as its main concern theserving of humanity, but rather,was interested in bringing about new massacres. Yet in spite of that,you permitted Bush tocomplete his first term, and stranger still, chose him for a secondterm, which gave him a clearmandate from you - with your full knowledge and consent- to continueto murder our people in Iraqand Afghanistan.

Then you claim to be innocent! This innocence of yours is like myinnocence of the blood of yoursons on the 11th - were I to claim such a thing. But it is impossiblefor me to humor any of you inthe arrogance and indifference you show for the lives of humansoutside America, or for me tohumor your leaders in their lying, as the entire world knows they havethe lion's share of that.These morals aren't our morals. What I want to emphasize here is thatnot taking past warcriminals to account led to them repeating that crime of killinghumanity without right and wagingthis unjust war in Mesopotamia, and as a result, here are theoppressed ones today continuing totake their right from you.

This war was entirely unnecessary, as testified to by your ownreports. And among the mostcapable of those from your own side who speak to you on this topic andon the manufacturing ofpublic opinion is Noam Chomsky, who spoke sober words of advice priorto the war, but the leader ofTexas doesn't like those who give advice. The entire world came out inunprecedenteddemonstrations to warn against waging the war and describe its truenature in eloquent terms like"no to spilling red blood for black oil," yet he paid them no heed. Itis time for humankind to knowthat talk of the rights of man and freedom are lies produced by theWhite House and its allies inEurope to deceive humans, take control of their destinies and subjugate them.

So in answer to the question about the causes of the Democrats'failure to stop the war, I say: theyare the same reasons which led to the failure of former presidentKennedy to stop the Vietnam war.

Those with real power and influence are those with the most capital.And since the democraticsystem permits major corporations to back candidates, be theypresidential or congressional, thereshouldn't be any cause for astonishment - and there isn't any- in theDemocrats' failure to stop thewar. And you're the ones who have the saying which goes, "Moneytalks." And I tell you: after thefailure of your representatives in the Democratic Party to implementyour desire to stop the war, youcan still carry anti-war placards and spread out in the streets ofmajor cities, then go back to yourhomes, but that will be of no use and will lead to the prolonging of the war.

However, there are two solutions for stopping it. The first is fromour side, and it is to continue toescalate the killing and fighting against you. This is our duty, andour brothers are carrying it out,and I ask Allah to grant them resolve and victory. And the secondsolution is from your side. It hasnow become clear to you and the entire world the impotence of thedemocratic system and how itplays with the interests of the peoples and their blood by sacrificingsoldiers and populations toachieve the interests of the major corporations.

And with that, it has become clear to all that they are the realtyrannical terrorists. In fact, the lifeof all of mankind is in danger because of the global warming resultingto a large degree from theemissions of the factories of the major corporations, yet despitethat, the representative of thesecorporations in the White House insists on not observing the Kyotoaccord, with the knowledge thatthe statistic speaks of the death and displacement of the millions ofhuman beings because of that,especially in Africa. This greatest of plagues and most dangerous ofthreats to the lives of humans istaking place in an accelerating fashion as the world is beingdominated by the democratic system,which confirms its massive failure to protect humans and theirinterests from the greed and avariceof the major corporations and their representatives.

And despite this brazen attack on the people, the leaders of the West- especially Bush, Blair,Sarkozy and Brown- still talk about freedom and human rights with aflagrant disregard for theintellects of human beings. So is there a form of terrorism stronger,clearer and more dangerousthan this? This is why I tell you: as you liberated yourselves beforefrom the slavery of monks,kings, and feudalism, you should liberate yourselves from thedeception, shackles and attrition ofthe capitalist system.

If you were to ponder it well, you would find that in the end, it is asystem harsher and fiercer thanyour systems in the Middle Ages. The capitalist system seeks to turnthe entire world into a fiefdomof the major corporations under the label of "globalization" in orderto protect democracy.

And Iraq and Afghanistan and their tragedies; and the reeling of manyof you under the burden ofinterest-related debts, insane taxes and real estate mortgages; globalwarming and its woes; andthe abject poverty and tragic hunger in Africa: all of this is but oneside of the grim face of thisglobal system.

So it is imperative that you free yourselves from all of that andsearch for an alternative, uprightmethodology in which it is not the business of any class of humanityto lay down its own laws to itsown advantage at the expense of the other classes as is the case withyou, since the essence ofman-made positive laws is that they serve the interests of those withthe capital and thus make therich richer and the poor poorer.

The infallible methodology is the methodology of Allah, the Most High,who created the heavens andearth and created the Creation and is the Most Kind and All-Informedand the Knower of the souls ofHis slaves and the methodology that best suits them.

You believe with absolute certainty that you believe in Allah, and youare full of conviction of thisbelief, so much so that you have written this belief of yours on your dollar.

But the truth is that you are mistake in this belief of yours. Theimpartial judge knows that belief inAllah requires straightness in the following of His methodology, andaccordingly, total obediencemust be to the orders and prohibitions of Allah Alone in all aspects of life.

So how about you when you associate others with Him in your beliefsand separate state fromreligion, then claim that you are believers?!

What you have done is clear loss and manifest polytheism, And I willgive you a parable ofpolytheism, as parables summarize and clarify speech.

I tell you: its parable is the parable of a man who owns a shop andhires a worker and tells him,"Sell and give me the money," but he makes sales and give the money tosomeone other than theowner. So who of you would approve of that?

You believe that Allah is your Lord and your Creator and the Creatorof this earth and that it is Hisproperty, then you work on His earth and property without His ordersand without obeying Him, andyou legislate in contradiction to His Law and methodology.

This work of yours is the greatest form of polytheism and is rebellionagainst obedience to Allah withwhich the believer becomes an unbeliever, even if he obeys Allah insome of His other orders. Allah,the Most High, sent down His orders in His Sacred Books like the Torahand Evangel and sent withthem the Messengers (Allah's prayers and peace be upon them) asbearers of good news to thepeople.

And everyone who believes in them and complies with them is a believerfrom the people of theGarden. Then when the men of knowledge altered the words of Allah, theMost High, and sold themfor a paltry price, as the rabbis did with the Torah and the monkswith the Evangel, Allah sent downHis final Book, the magnificient Quran, and safeguarded it from beingadded to or subtracted fromby the hands of men, and in it is a complete methodology for the livesof all people.

And our holding firm to this magnificient Book is the secret of ourstrength and winning of the waragainst you despite the fewness of our numbers and materiel.

Don't be turned away from Islam by the terrible situation of theMuslims today, for our rulers ingeneral abandoned Islam many decades ago, but our forefathers were theleaders and pioneers ofthe world for many centuries, when they held firmly to Islam.

And before concluding, I tell you: there has been an increase in thethinkers who study events andhappenings, and on the basis of their study, they have declared theapproach of the collapse of theAmerican Empire.

Among them is the European thinker who anticipated the fall of theSoviet Union, which indeed fell.And it would benefit you to read what he wrote about what comes afterthe empire in regard to theUnited States of America. I also want to bring your attention thatamong the greatest reasons forthe collapse of the Soviet Union was their being afflicted with theirleader Brezhnev, who wasovertaken by pride and arrogance and refused to look at the facts onthe ground. From the firstyear of the Afghanistan invasion, reports indicated that the Russianswere losing the war, but herefused to acknowledge this, lest it go down in his personal historyas a defeat, even though refusalto acknowledge defeat not only doesn't do anything to change the factsfor thinking people, but alsoexacerbates the problem and increases the losses. And how similar isyour position today to theirposition approximately two decades ago. The mistakes of Brezhnev arebeing repeated by Bush,who - when asked about the date of his withdrawing of forces from Iraq- said in effect that thewithdrawal will not be during his reign, but rather, during the reignof the one who succeeds him.

And the significance of these words is not hidden.

And here I say: it would benefit you to listen to the poignantmessages of your soldiers in Iraq, whoare paying - with their blood, nerves and scattered limbs - the pricefor these sorts of irresponsiblestatements. Among them is the eloquent message of Joshua which he sentby way of the media, inwhich he wipes the tears from his eyes and describes Americanpoliticians in harsh terms and invitesthem to join him there for a few days.
