A class 10 student of a private college in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday allegedly shot at his Principal with a country-made gun after he was expelled from school for his violent behavior with other students, police said.
The boy was earlier expelled from another school for his violent behaviour as well.

The principal was rushed to hospital immediately as he has received bullet injuries on his shoulder.
The victim has been identified as Sanjeev Kumar as reported by the Times of India.
As per the report, the boy was earlier expelled from a school for his violent behaviour as well. The boy had recently taken admission in this school, however, here also he had fights with few students after which the college management decided to expel him.
“We had expelled the boy for his violent behaviour at school. He had come to us with his mother in the morning, but we denied his request to re-admit him,” said the principal as quoted by NDTV.
Police said that the boy returned to the private college after some time and allegedly shot at the principal. A case has been filed by the police regarding the case after they received a complained by the principal.
Further investigation is underway and police is on a lookout for the accused who is absconding.
Earlier, in March this year, a college assistant professor in Haryana was shot dead allegedly by a student, police said.
The incident had occurred on the campus of Shaheed Dalbir Singh College in Sonepat’s Pipli village.
Similarly, in February a Class 12 student shot his school principal at a private school in Haryana’s Yamunanagar. The student reportedly held a grudge against the principal after she scolded him for poor performance in studies.
