Led by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, AAP MLAs on Monday marched to Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena's office protesting against blocking a plan to send Delhi school teachers to Finland for training. However, the same has been refuted by Saxena who says that no such measures were taken and the state government was only advised to consider a cost-benefit analysis.
"It's a government elected by Delhi's people. It's Delhi taxpayers' money. For the education of Delhi's. What problem does the LG have?" Arvind Kejriwal questioned. He and other AAP MLAs carried placards reading: "Mr LG, allow the teachers to go to Finland," according to a report by NDTV.
