In a significant development, a Delhi court has given the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) a five-day extension to submit the forensic results pertaining to the voice samples of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, who is an accused in a case related to the alleged Pul Bangash killings during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The court, presided over by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vidhi Gupta Anand, also scheduled a decision on whether to take cognizance of the charge sheet filed against Tytler for July 26, as reported by PTI.
