In a significant twist to the unfolding saga, the Delhi police have presented a compelling case before a metropolitan court, indicating ample evidence to proceed with a trial against the outgoing Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. During the proceedings before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Harjeet Singh Jaspal, the city police unequivocally asserted the establishment of a "prime facie" case against Singh and his co-accused, the suspended WFI assistant secretary, Vinod Tomar, as PTI reported.
