Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday won the floor test and proved the majority of his government a day after taking oath as chief minister. A special Haryana assembly session convened on Wednesday as new CM Nayab Singh Saini sought to prove the majority of the new BJP government, a day after the saffron party broke ties with its ally in the state - Jannayak Janta Party (JJP). Chief Minister Saini on Tuesday said they presented a letter of support of 48 MLAs to the governor and asked him to convene an assembly session on Wednesday so that the BJP government can prove its majority in the House.
