The Indian National Congress (INC) on Wednesday marked its 138th Foundation Day. The Congress party's top leaders converged at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Headquarters in Delhi on the occassion. The Congress was founded on 28 December 1885 by 72 social reformers, journalists, and lawyers, who congregated for the first session of Indian National Congress at Gokuldas Tejpal Sanskrit College, Bombay, as per the Congress website.
