The 23-year-old woman has alleged that police in Delhi forced her for compromise with the accused and did not take necessary action on her complaint, the Morcha said in a statement.
A Delhi Police officials denied the allegations saying there must be some action if the victim reached the police station concerned.
The victim in her complaint to the DCW alleged that she was raped by one of her relatives and his friend in May this year. She claimed that afterwards she was sold to different persons and raped repeatedly.
The victim gave her complaint to the DCW on December 13.
The complaint of the victim given to the DCW reveals that she suffered "inhumane treatment" during the past several months, said the statement of the Morcha questioning the role of police in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
