A fiery exchange has erupted between political titans in Madhya Pradesh, as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress lock horns over accusations of corruption. Congress General Secretary, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, took to the digital stage, pointing fingers at the saffron party-led government for alleged corruption. However, her claims have ignited a storm of controversy.
In a daring social media post, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra accused the ruling BJP of engaging in corrupt practices, comparing them to the erstwhile Karnataka government. She cited a purported letter from a union of contractors in Madhya Pradesh, who claimed they were coerced into parting with 50% of their earnings as a 'commission'. Her post resonated with a bold prediction: "People of Karnataka ousted the 40% commission government, now the people of Madhya Pradesh will remove the 50% commission government from power."
Responding to the onslaught, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister, Narottam Mishra, demanded solid evidence to substantiate the claims. Mishra firmly denied the allegations and warned of potential consequences. "Proof or repercussions," he challenged. The BJP's State Chief, V D Sharma, echoed this sentiment, accusing Priyanka Gandhi Vadra of wielding a "fake letter" as a weapon in her political arsenal.
