In the brief history of Prasar Bharati (PB), the autonomous-in-name corporation that runs the media behemoths Doordarshan and All India Radio (AIR), few of its Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) have locked horns with the Information & Broadcasting (I&B) minister of the day.
