The military stand-off in Leh is an interesting development if you are watching it, a difficult situation if you are in it, and an exceptionally complicated matter if you are trying to decipher it. It can be Chumar or Doklam or Leh, location does not matter. What matters is China loves to bully and keeps testing responses.
