As the tragedy brought about by Covid-19 unfolds in the country, our collective unpreparedness is accentuated by our continued inability to coordinate and channelize the resources that are pouring in. We are not able to send oxygen cylinders to those who need it. We are not able to direct patients to beds. We are not able to provide genuine medicines to patients. We are generally not able to coordinate beyond the use of generic social media tools that are dependent on one-way broadcasts.
