Security forces in Manipur's Imphal East and Imphal West districts successfully seized four firearms, 38 rounds of ammunition, and eight explosive devices following comprehensive search operations. The police shared that these operations were specifically conducted in areas prone to security vulnerabilities, covering districts including Imphal East, Imphal West, Kakching, Kangpokpi, and Thoubal.

Additionally, the statement emphasized the importance of civic responsibility, urging citizens to promptly return any stolen weaponry, ammunition, or explosives to either the police or the nearest security forces.
