‘Titans of Tamil Nadu’: TN Govt's Mini-Series To Celeberate Homegrown Industrialists

The Tamil Nadu government initiated the 'Titans of Tamil Nadu' campaign on January 1st, aiming to honour the state's business leaders and industrial legacy.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in collaboration with the state's Department of Industries, has curated the campaign, as outlined in a statement from the Tamil Nadu Industries Minister's office.

In tribute to Tamil Nadu's industrious spirit and indigenous companies, the initial phase will showcase interviews prominent business leaders like Venu Srinivasan, Chairman Emeritus of TVS Motor Company; K M Mammen, Chairman of MRF Ltd.; Pratap Reddy, Founder Chairman of Apollo Hospitals; P R Venketrama Raja, Founder, Mentor, and Innovator-in-Chief (Chairman) of Ramco Group; Mallika Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director of TAFE; and Vellayan Subbiah, Executive Vice-Chairman of TI India and Chairman of Cholamandalam Finance and CG Power, Murugappa Group.

According to the Tamil Nadu government, the campaign marks the beginning of a long-term plan to promote the state's industrial achievements.
