Croissance Clinical Research, a full-service contract research organization (CRO) based in Hyderabad and The African Clinical Research Management Initiative (ACRMi), a regional CRO operating out of Kenya, jointly announced that they had consolidated their effort and resources in Africa with the launch of Croissance Clinical Research-Africa (CCR-A). The Board of CCR-A has appointed Mr. Jacob Odika Apollo to take over the new company as Chief Executive officer.
The African Clinical Research Management Initiative (ACRMi) established in 2009, is a privately held African CRO, which specializes in conducting clinical trials on infectious diseases in the African region, while Croissance Clinical Research (Hyerabad) is a full-service CRO that operates out of Hyderabad, India and has an operational presence in 8 strategically important locations across the globe.
The launch of Croissance Clinical Research-Africa (CCR-A) brings together a unique mix of scientists and researchers from Europe, Asia and Africa with deep therapeutic area expertise on Infectious diseases, NIDs and NTD’s, while offering access to a diverse population for conducting large scale multi-geography trials efficiently.
