The person it’s looking for? Sonia Gandhi, the MP for the constituency. The poster demanded why the Congress president was not aiding the people of Rae Bareli during the lockdown despite being one of the richest MPs. It was anonymous and did not even carry the name of the printer as mandated by law. For the record, Sonia Gandhi has pledged her MPLAD funds to combat coronavirus.
