Spread all over Bandra West, the festival will be open to all. The venues include the three promenades—on Carter Road, Bandstand and Reclamation—along with public gardens, schools, colleges, community centres and street corners. It may even become an annual fare if everything goes well. It’s said that Bandra’s self-promotion may have an unintended positive effect on its real estate values.
