The first out of the two FIRs contain allegations as narrated by six adult wrestlers, whereas the second FIR comprises quotes from the minor victim's father as well as Section 10 of the POSCO Act, which carries five to ten years of prison time.
In the latter FIR, the victim's father alleges that his daughter was “completely disturbed and cannot be at peace anymore and that the sexual harassment by the accused continues to haunt her”.
One of the wrestlers even accused Singh of bribing her, offering her to buy supplements, in exchange for sexual favours. The athlete also claimed that Brij Bhushan hugged her without consent.
