Serbian Novak Djokovic needed five match points and almost four hours to snatch a win from the jaws of defeat against Carlos Alcaraz and claim his third ATP Cincinnati Open on Sunday. Currently the world's number one and two, Alcaraz and Djokovic, showcased their talent as the Serb survived four match points to win 5-7, 7-6 (9/7), 7-6 (7/4). Alcaraz and Djokovic went toe-to-toe in this epic encounter as the latter avenged his loss to Spanish number one in a five-set Wimbledon final last month.
