To close the game, Adam Zampa bagged two, while earlier on, Spencer Johnson had picked up Sahibzada Farhan.
Earlier on in the day, Pakistan won the toss and opted to field first. Matthew Short and Jake Fraser-McGurk endured failures as they were dismissed for 7 and 9 respectively.
Glenn Maxwell lit up Brisbane, with a brilliant 43 from just 19 deliveries, while Marcus Stoinis scored 21 off 7 to take Australia to a good total. The two teams will next face off in Sydney on Saturday, November 16.
