Opener Tony de Zorzi cracked a ton and was well partnered by Tristan Stubbs (106) as Proteas posted a massive 307/2 on day one of the 2nd Test match at Chattogram. South Africa skipper Aiden Markram won the toss and elected to bat first. De Zorzi and Stubbs put up a century stand for the second wicket as the visitors put themselves in a commanding position. BAN Vs RSA, 2nd Test - Lunch Update

Opener Tony de Zorzi closed in on a half-century as South Africa made a solid start by reaching 109-1 at lunch on Day 1 of the final cricket Test against Bangladesh on Tuesday.

Zorzi was batting on 49 after hitting four 4s and one 6 with Tristan Stubbs on 23. Zorzi and captain Aiden Markram set the tone by putting on 69 runs after South Africa won the toss and opted to bat first. Both batted fluently to score at a run rate of nearly four until left-arm spinner Taijul intervened.
