Rohit Sharma Post Toss

We will bat. Not for any particular reason, conditions here look a bit challenging. Virat arrived yesterday, he's going to miss out, the rest are all available and we'll see how to use them. We arrived quite early, so the body clock has adjusted, we just have to see how well we can adjust to these conditions.

Sanju Samson, Rohit Sharma Open For India

Mahedi Hasan opens the bowling attack as Sanju Samson and Rohit Sharma step up to kick off India's batting innings.

India 5/0

Sanju Samson Out Early

After five wides! The ball strays down the leg side, evading Samson's attempted flick and the wicketkeeper, resulting in five runs. Samson tries to flick again but hits it straight to the short fine-leg fielder. Another shot by Samson, this time to extra-cover, but straight to the fielder. Samson falls early.

India 19/1

Rohit Sharma Ends Third Over With A Six

Rohit Sharma's shot was a sight to behold as he effortlessly flicked the ball over long leg, sending it soaring for a SIX. With a smooth pick-up and shovel technique, he expertly maneuvered the shot, allowing the ball to come to him before executing the stroke with precision. A Partnership Blooming

In the match, as Shakib Al Hasan bowled his second over, Rishabh Pant showcased his aggressive batting prowess. Pant smashed three consecutive sixes off Shakib's bowling, propelling India's score past the fifty-run mark. The first six came from a powerful shot over square leg, followed by a reverse sweep behind point for the second, and a third six to end the over in style. Pant's onslaught added 22 valuable runs to India's total in just one over.

India 61/2

Sharma Out, Pant Holds Firm After Two Early Wickets

Rohit Sharma got caught by Rishad Hossain! That's the second wicket for Bangladesh - tossed up invitingly by Mahmudullah, Rohit couldn't resist the big lofted drive, but the ball dropped in front of him and he can't quite get the elevation needed on the shot, hammers it flat and right down Rishad's throat at long-on.

Pant And SKY Fire Up India's Innings With Explosive Runs

Both Rishabh Pant and Surya Kumar Yadav are batting brilliantly for India, pushing the team towards 100 runs. They're playing smart, hitting boundaries whenever they get the chance. Their partnership is getting stronger, and they're showing great teamwork on the field.

Realises he might fall over, throws the ball up and then adjusts once again to complete the catch.

Sir Jadeja Walks In With An Appeal For Stumping

After Ravindra Jadeja's first ball, there was an appeal for stumping. Seems out, Jadeja had no part behind the line. Given not out. The camera angles aren't the best here, so benefit seems to have gone towards Jadeja. The batter got benefit of the doubt.

Pandya Steps Up To The Crease, Wasting No Opportunity

Hardik Pandya looks in great from. He showcased his prowess as he expertly maneuvered Shoriful Islam's short-length delivery, targeting the region near the rib cage. With precision, he consistently located the spaces between fielders, confidently striking boundaries for his team.

India 182/5 In 20 overs

India set a good target for Bangladesh, now it's time for them to chase. Will Bangladesh successfully chase the target against their South Asian rivals, or will India conclude the warm-up match on a dominating note?

Tanzid Hasan And Soumya Sarkar Begin Bangladesh's Chase

Tanzid Hasan and Soumya Sarkar begin Bangladesh's chase. But Arshdeep got better plans for India. Arshdeep Singh bowls to Soumya Sarkar, who is caught by Pant! Sarkar tries to drive but gets a thin edge. Pant takes the catch easily. Sarkar goes for a duck, giving India an ideal beginning.

Bangladesh 6/1

Arshdeep's Dominance

After trapping Soumya Sarkar, Litton Das falls victim to Arshdeep Singh's delivery, bowled out as he chops on! The ball nipped back in sharply from a length, catching Litton off guard as he was late to bring his bat down. Playing with an angle, he managed to graze the inside edge, only to see the ball crash into the top of off-stump.

Bangladesh 19/3

Axar Patel To Bowl Last Over Of The Power-Play
