The England skipper smashed six sixes and eight fours in his 45-ball innings as the two-time T20 World Champions reached the target in 14.5 overs and take a 2-0 unassailable lead in the five-match series.
Earlier, captain Rovman Powell top-scored with a 41-ball 43 in a mediocre West Indies innings.
Despite losing wickets at regular intervals, like in the first T20I, the hosts got to a creditable 158-run total in the first innings, courtesy an unbeaten six-ball 13 from Matthew Forde at the end.
