Max Verstappen claimed the eventful Dutch Grand Prix 2022 on Sunday in front of a vociferous crowd for a second successive win for Red Bull in his home race. The Formula One championship leader prevailed in a chaotic race, four seconds ahead of Mercedes' George Russell. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc was third. Verstappen has now won 10 in 15 races this season, and extended his lead to 109 points. Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time F1 champion, looked on course to win with some 20 laps to go, but the Briton was left fuming and spewing expletives after his team failed to change his tyres during the caution period.
